NOTICE: August 2020 Delivery Problem With USPS
We are very frustrated to report that we are currently experiencing a delivery problem with the August 2020 issue of Cruisin’ News. We apologize to the subscribers that have not yet received their copy. The delivery problem seems to stem from USPS operations.
On July 28, 2020, our mailing company delivered the entire load of August 2020 issues to the USPS West Sacramento Distribution Center for mailing to our valued subscribers. Apparently a portion of these issues were rerouted by the West Sac USPS facility to other USPS distribution centers across the West Coast for mailing. Some of the August 2020 issues have been processed and delivered by the USPS. But, unfortunately, many copies have not yet made it to our subscribers’ mailboxes. We have no idea how many subscribers have been affected at this point.
If you have not yet received your August 2020 Cruisin’ News, we first off sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Secondly, please know that we are doing everything we can at this point to push the USPS along in the process. We have been in contact with the USPS since the moment we became aware of the delay in delivery. Lastly, we ask for your patience as we work through this mess.
